These stunning pictures show how a famous Hull landmark looks adorned in Michelangelo's Sistene Chapel masterpieces as a breathtaking exhibition prepares to open to the public.
Hull Minster will host a six-week exhibition of some of the world's most famous works of art from the Sistine Chapel, beginning on Tuesday, October 8.
The exhibition, 'Michelangelo - A Different View', displays reproductions of some of the Italian artist's most iconic work, including the world-famous 'The Creation of Adam' and the six-metre high 'The Last Judgment'.
Hull Minster is one of only two UK venues set to host the exhibition, which has toured major European cities, and it is the first time the works have appeared in a religious setting outside of the Vatican.
