More than 8,000 people have booked time slots for the event, which is free to see at the 700-year old church. The exhibition opens its doors on October 8 from 10am and runs until November 18.
Whilst not a substitute for visiting the Sistine Chapel itself, the exhibition at Hull Minster provides a fine opportunity to see some of the greatest images of western art up close and the huge reproduction of The Last Judgement is pretty stunning.
